Hi bologgers today i  going writing for you  about the best place that i have visited, this decision is a very difficult because i have visited a lots of magic places, such as el desierto florido in copiapo (this phenomenom i give myself a powerful energy ) or machu pichu in perú or el valle de los condores  in talca (especially the inverted waterfall) also is very important for my remember the isla damas in la serena or el valle del Elqui en Coquimbo because these places are an present of the nature.  In other sense  i remember to Copacabana , this beach is an very place where to relax  and enjoy a caipirinha is the principal objetive. But my fauvorite place is and it will be zona Golden, localiced in the quarter región (is a my fauvorite región) particularly in the coast of the totoralillo, this decisión is because this zone  is very appropiate boulder climbing and  there is a community atmosphere among all the visitors  who lodge periodically in the caves at the seasides . my las visit to the Golden zone was before my pregnancy so this year i really want to go back. ( before of my pregnant i visited Coquimbo all the Winters).

the climbing and i (15-05)

Hi blogger today i'm goin to write about the climbing. This is an sport that I practic since 2015, in those years I had dropped out of college.the climbing made me remember myself  as this  discipline is a great connection of our body whit our mind. the climbing consist in go up big rocks tied  to a rope and the objetiv is reach the top without falling, this is a very dificult purpose, for this is necesary to train very hard and very constant and of course  go a lot to the rock with an "cordada" who is you ascencion partner or of "pegues". recently i was mom so I had to pause my training but, a few months ago I'm coming back and every time it's easier. but the emotion is as the firt day. it is appropriate to say that my cordada is my partner and father of our son so it is a story of love and climbing on the mountain, also the climbing i helped to me to i loved to the geography whit those beautiful landscape as  "el valle de los cóndores" in Talca or "zona golden" in Coquimbo.good blogger hope to have entertained a hug and we are reading

Hi bloggers, how are you ?

I hope you have  happy days . Today im going to write about my capacity for identify plants. This because it is my fauvorite capacity and is an activity in which i have known to develop. My interest for the plants  is mainly by medicinal plants, since for my this knowledge it is a very nice  way  to understand the body. I have always liked plants but this interest increaced  when i had a botanical course in Antumapu. After of this course i started to practiced climbing so i went a lot to the mountain where  i had a universe  of species to research and  for share my knowledge whit my Friends. also is a traditonial habit in my family especially whit my grandmother, for this i can say that it is an inherited taste that makes my very happy. In this context i tell your  that my favourite plant is the cedron  and your cientific name is aloysia citriodora, this has a beautiful inflorescence of White color and its main medicinal properties are sedative and carminative. Good bloggers i hope have awakened their interest in plants as they are our great Alliance in the cement jungle.
